Well, well, well, will ya’ look at who decided to board the Juicing Train?
You guys, I’m not even joking when I tell you how delicious and nutritious and wonderful it’s been! Ever since HBL and I finished that Daniel fast months ago, we’ve been on a mission to continue with this healthy eating and lifestyle.
Sure, we’ve had our moments of weakness (who can resist frozen custard on the very first one hundred degree evening of the year?), but for the most part, we’ve been doing really well. I’ve recently given up The Cow (beef and dairy), and we’re in the process of giving up processed food and… *gulp* … sugar. Which really means DESSERT.
In the words of Uncle Jesse, “Hurt me, Mama.”
Oh well. It’s just sugar. I’ve given it up before and actually liked it. And actually, since doing that fast, I don’t eat as much sugar/dessert because it kind of grosses me out. Can you imagine? Now, how to work it so that I don’t fall into the trap of eating a bunch of salty, fried pig skin popsicles is another story.
