Meal Planning With An Empty Refrigerator

I’m trying something new these days: meal planning. However, I find it difficult to keep on track when this is what I have to work with:

Meal Planning With An Empty Refrigerator

My sad, sad refrigerator

The nerve! Who do I talk to about getting some food in there?

  1. Haha! I don't know who would be in charge of that, but if you find out who the right guy to talk to is, let me know. My fridge could use some food too. ;)

  2. You must despise grocery shopping as much as I do!!! It's so good to see you back in the blogosphere…or maybe you've been back and I'm just now realizing it?? Either way, good to see you again!!!

  3. Helene, is it that obvious? Bwahahaha! ;-)Haven't been back for too long, just getting back into the swing of things! And boy, has it changed! I feel like I'm stuck with The Flintstones and everyone else is in The Jetsons world! LOL!

  4. Honestly, Stick Figure (the book) is really funny. It's not sad–it's more empowering because you realize that we women put this pressure on ourselves. And at the end, this nurse teaches her that her brains and personality makes her fabulous and she quits worrying about dieting and actually becomes a doctor (in real life and the book.) It's really inspiring. I went to a college where like every girl there had an eating disorder and was like Lori….so I found it helpful to think that some girls might read this and overcome it.
