Yesterday was my son’s first Easter, and my poor husband had to work. But that didn’t stop my little Monkey and I from dying Easter eggs and baking lemon cupcakes.
Cream cheese frosting and sprinkles over lemon cupcakes? Over the edge.
I wasn’t sure brown eggs could take a dye job, but it took.
Never mind how I gauged out the eggs…
And for lunch today – why of course! – we’re having homemade chili and Easter egg salad sandwiches! Festive, much?
